      Pros

      The support I have received from the business within my first 4 months is next to none. EG on the Move is so genuinely invested in their team's wellbeing and development in their role and consistently drive for excellence and growth. The culture and morale within EG on the Move is extremely celebratory and positive. Teams are consistently championing one another and cheering on the business.

      Cons

      Working alongside teams of managers who are not as confident in handling processes can be challenging for compliance. However, these areas are routinely identified and managers are upskilled accordingly.

      EG On The Move is a truly collaborative and exciting company to work for. The team environment is supportive, with everyone playing an important role. There’s a strong sense of teamwork, and colleagues are always willing to help each other succeed. The company has a forward-thinking approach and is open to innovation. I feel proud to work here and genuinely enjoy being part of its journey. All departments work closely together to achieve shared project goals, creating a strong sense of teamwork. I have found that all my colleagues, both in the Legal team and in the wider business, are always willing to help each other succeed. A typical day involves working on development land acquisitions, leases, and a variety of other property matters. Overall, my experience at EG On The Move has been highly positive, offering a collaborative environment, varied and engaging work, and a strong sense of pride in contributing to the company’s ongoing success.
