      Toxic workplace, Leaders don't communicate and treat staff with contempt, If you challenge poor decisions you will regret it. No recognition of excellence.

      Flexible schedule, some interesting work

      Cons

      Laziness is normalized, it’s an old boys club. Bullying is normalized, it feels like stepping back in time. The company hide behind the secret nature of some of the work to avoid scrutiny, and as a result produce terrible work that is propped up by the fearful boys club. Some parts of site are made so ‘safe’ that work can’t happen, and other parts are left dangerous but secret.
