This company is extremely unprofessional, without any established processes and procedures. They barely have any templates for documents nor any structure of the company. They hire people and give them random titles then make them do completely irrelevant tasks. The CEO is extremely possessive and takes everything so personal as if he is your Dad and you owe his something for paying you the lowest salaries in the industry. There is no Xmas bonus nor any trainings nor line managers would ever explain to you what are your responsibilities or expectations. The company pretends they have 600 employees while in London "headquarters" they barely have 20 people. The whole team hate the CEO Abbey Alidoosti and the crazy CTIO Ian Vernon who will be sending you emails at 4am and will drive you crazy with his stupidity and always being "confused". During meetings with other companies they constantly lie about products and services and make them up to convince them to get business. Delivering projects is extremely stressful because everyone they hire is without any experience so that AWTG pays low salaries and nobody really knows what they are doing. Everyone wants to quit and is actively looking for another job because AWTG is the worst that can happen to anyone. You will waste your time there!
