Pros

established diversity and inclusion initiatives

Cons

Bullying and discrimination allowed to go on from senior management and not dealt with appropriately. Management push for AI and deskilling of employees despite knowing the risks of it. Senior leaders pushing their own agenda rather than listening to employees - they had definitely been pushing longstanding people leave the business to avoid redundancy payouts. Culture of toxic positivity with people clinging onto the way things were - it used to be good until senior leaders ran it into the ground with their lack of decision making and lack of care for people.
