Pros

The company had genuine potential at one point. There was a time when the culture was healthy, the team was diverse, collaborative, and the work-life balance was actually respected. That version of this company no longer exists.

Cons

This place has become one of the most toxic and demoralizing environments I have experienced. Favoritism is extreme and shameless — merit means nothing here. Your worth is measured entirely by how well you can boot-lick management. If you're not in the inner circle, don't bother. Workload is never fairly distributed — certain people are buried while favorites coast. Nobody is held accountable. Ever. The team diversity that once made this place strong has been steadily eroded and replaced with yes-people who exist purely to validate whoever is in charge. The toxicity is suffocating — backstabbing, cliques, and a culture of fear have replaced any sense of genuine teamwork. People are scared to speak up or be themselves. The worst part? Watching truly talented, hardworking people — who deserved so much better — get fed up and walk out. The revolving door of good people leaving says everything. Management has failed on every level.

Pros

Cool office Good location Occasionally free food Beer in fridge

Cons

Everything else. The office is usually a ghost town. Training is poor, exceptionally poor. Trainer acts as if annoyed when you ask a question. HR is remote, unreachable, and does not care about employees. It is clear overall that Bally’s doesn’t care about employees in the slightest. Terrible benefits. You have to pay $150 out of your own pocket to go through licensing. Why do you think we’re working? The company should cover all expenses. I wish I never accepted this job, it’s just been a waste of time and a rollercoaster. They will also mismanage your paycheck. Unorganized from top to bottom and not a good place to work. Diversity is lacking and it’s apparent. Very odd vibe in the office. Poor technology provided. When you think Bally’s think “bare minimum” because that’s what you’ll receive.
