      Pros

      - The feel of a small family company but the power of a well organised and sized company. - A great deal of respect, trust and autonomy, no matter who you are. - A fast paced, vibrant atmosphere full of energy and enthusiasm. - Everything is celebrated, which makes it so rewarding and motivating to work here.

      Cons

      Initially I thought there are not as many company benefits (private health etc.) as other companies - but the people, the culture, and everything about working at CB Heating makes up for it. Who knows - more benefits may be added soon.

      Some decent colleagues willing to make changes

      Cons

      Directors don’t listen and gossip / contradict which makes for bad atmosphere. Money wasted owners vanity projects and hiring their mates
