Pros
Shopping center right underneath the building. Gym in the building. Bar in the building. The top floor has lovely views of the city. Good work / life balance. You control when you start and finish which is great. Nice and flexible.
Cons
The senior and middle management have no idea what is going on right under their noses in the IT department and its resulting in chaos. Fighting and bickering amongst the teams has resulted in a situation where not only can nothing get done but where people are quitting or getting sacked for not delivering results. Aggressive attitudes and borderline bullying culture.
