      Fantastic company to work for! - Senior Manager EPM Employee Review

      Pros

      I joined EPM last year at a crossroad of my career and was immediately supported by the leadership team to settle into the team comfortably. - The office environment is really good, a good balance of working efficiently but also social - Communication from C-Level on regular company updates are fun, positive and keeps everyone up to date on what is going on across the business. - Christmas voucher scheme - The leadership teams do like to be challenged on ideas and genuinely aligns with the 'never settle' motto. - Flexibility on working from home days - New coffee machines have been bought for the office, breakfast cereals and fruit are always stocked up. - Wellbeing january, 12 days of EPM, lots of in-team lunch buffets which keep team spirits high always! - EV car scheme via octopus is a great option

      Cons

      - Car parking can be limited given new apartments are being built close by, but office location is good for commuters via car. - There could be more whole-company social events across the year or team budgets for leaders to allocate across the year or, considering a social committee! - Bring the team from the North in for 'South Days', maybe lining up with company updates, it would be good to put more faces to names! - EV chargers are not on site unfortunately, it is a shame because I think this should be considered where the employee pays for the convenience benefit of charging whilst at work!

      Pros

      It's a big company but EPM does a great job of making you feel apart of the team and your voice is heard. From a Culture stand point - I believe EPM is unmatched. I wake up each day with a purpose and I get excited to work with our clients. From a client perspective - I think our origination process is also unmatched. From the efficiency, the communication and coordination aspect - our team is UNMATCHED.

      Cons

      Being a large company, we have to protect the longevity of the company. So our rates may not be the most aggressive and best price in town. I list this under cons because I have to put something. I am a believer in we do not sell rates, we sell opportunity. EPM has given me the resources to become CMA certified, so I am in a better position to educate buyers.
