Pros

If I think of something I'll jot it down

Cons

Employees not valued, no pay raises, no bonuses and no respect. Sent jobs overseas to the Philippines and of course they knew forever but never told anyone we would be out of jobs. Of course, they expected every bit of loyalty and devotion from us.
