      Pros

      Very relaxed working environment. Good discounted rate across the hotel chain if you like to travel.

      Cons

      It has grown massively in last years and started focusing on maximising the profit whilst cutting on staffing. The pay used to be more competitive than it is now, pity.

It is by far our employees' favorite benefit. All Motel One employees can further improve their salary through our bonus program. The amount of the bonus depends on the guest satisfaction in the own hotel. The better the guests rate their stay, the higher the bonus. A maximum of 25% of the gross salary can be earned on top.       Pros

      Flexible time, depending on who you work with you will have a friendly atmosphere; you don’t need to speak french or dutch, they are ok with English

      Cons

      Management can be bad and ignore what its employees need; late shift; hectic shifts specially when colleagues are sick and they can’t find replacement on time
