      big company with ability to move about roles without leaving. lots of good people lots of good benefits such as share buying, health insurance, pension contributions and Bonuses

      Cons

      Global company so you get decision that are globally impacting but don't make sense locally, can feel like a kog in a machine feel like you have little say or impact

      Pros

      You will be given a real project to work on as an intern; you are not doing intern "busy work," and the support team is beyond amazing. The program has great prestige within the company. Many of the top leaders did this program.

      Cons

      If you do get an offer for the Sales Development Program, the first months as a sales rep are very different than some of the analytical work you do as an intern. Still important to take that rotation seriously to grow in CPG
