Entry-level opportunity but management is out of touch - Retail Sales Adviser Sky Employee Review

Poor commission structure causing more staff to leave, management out of touch sending countless messages of fake positivity at agents saying how great sky is when in reality we are struggling. Sales cancel down constantly, and sky are now reactive when they used to be ahead of the competition. More and more KPIs being thrown at agents regularly with no real focus on supporting sales. No existing customer offers but pushing us to rip them off with broadband where a new customer can get it for half the price and again spinning it as positivity.
