      Pros

      Meeting new clients, interacting with different people, organising events (with low budget not fun), working alongside another front of house, making friends.

      Cons

      Micro managed by managers, managers too young, former Abercrombie managers (narrow minded and hard to work with), Front of house are not listened to. Higher management have too close of a relationship to line managers there for when you have a issue with your manager you have no one to go to.. Bad atmosphere, fake people, not a nice place to work. 60 percent of Front of House agree. CEO's have not idea what goes on behind the scenes in the buildings...

      We enjoy high levels of employee engagement and last year 86% of TOGGERS said they were proud to work for us. But these numbers mean little if we don't fulfil the promise we make to new starters that they've joined a like no other place to work. We know we need to attract and retain the very best managers because without them we lose great people like you. We are focused on getting this right in every corner of TOG. Good luck in the future.

      Pros

      Unfortunately, since it was taken over by investors there are no pro's. The people they brought in, CEO, CFO completely ruined the culture and what made Fora/TOG such a great place to work. Fired lots of loyal staff and completly changed the culture. it is now a souless place to work, stay away!

      Cons

      Management lie to your face. They pretend they have no idea about certain things going on, when in fact they are the ones orchestrating it!
