      Offers a broad range of experience to regulatory professionals.

      Cons

      Don't expect any work life balance. Department resource has been cut to the absolute bone, though there is absolutely no acknowledgement of this. Result is that you have to work ridiculous hours to meet KPIs. Business transformation following mergers and acquisitions has resulted in a complete lack of career progression opportunities for those at PRO/Manager level.

      Pros

      Great people and the having this kind of experience on your resume is a plus. You often get opportuinites to make impressions on higher management from other teams/divisions.

      Cons

      There aren't too many that stick out which would lead me not to recommend this role.

      •it pays, but not a serious company. •no new data in 5-10 years, Viatris is a Pfizer pet project went wrong.

      Cons

      •New England respiratory was an unmitigated disaster. •Very little competent management , the company doesn’t seem interested in succeeding.
