      Pros

      Shoe discount is pretty good.

      Cons

      Management are pretty bad. Theres a bully culture. They can be two faced and create a pressured atmosphere. Your not allowed annual leave on December and sick pay is the legal minimum ssp. There is no appraisal system.

      Loved the people I worked with and they really care about service so as an employee you become a better customer service representative. Good discounts and career progression
