Very helpful and friendly colleagues from every team you talk to, exhibiting the council's key behaviours. Transparent on processes and information is readily available, decisions are made fairly. Living wage salary. Opportunities for development through training and job openings. Flexible and remote working available. Great workplace culture.

- Working between teams is a challenge. - Many teams were on fixed term contracts, leaving many people to fear of job security. - All my managers were great, but a manager in another team was nasty and seemed to have a lot of power. Their presence created a toxic environment.
