Pros

Have several good products; there is definitely some good hard working people there; good pay.

Cons

It’s a mess, very dysfunctional and inefficient place. Tries to do it all, and overstretches. Quality is poor in a lot of areas, and quality is non importance there. People are leaving in droves and existing people have to pick up the load, this place gives you mental issues and life work balance is rather poor overtime is a way of life there. If you want to get something done everything it is a fight every time, it’s like they try to wear you down till you give up.

Pros

Solutions are evolving to be more cloud based so the company can transform and modernise.

Cons

Change of Exec team over the last year has transformed a relatively flat collaborative culture into a political paranoid place. New Snr. mgt. in the last 3-6 months have accelerated toxic atmosphere caring more about their legacy than their people. Pitting people up against each other behind closed doors is the worst Mr President! It’s all a shame as the solutions are evolving but the treatment of people may railroad progress. If things done change I anticipate lots of people leaving over the next 6months.

Pros

Fintech International company Some good people from old days

Cons

Money over morals - ruthless company. Letting people go in a midst of pandemic leaving them without income and Heath insurance - just appealing Watched a disabled person being let go - shocked. Some people on the global leadership team are simply inhumane Toxic male culture on the leadership team with them covering each other no matter what makes it impossible hostile environment for women and minorities Compensation for most roles is below market HR Is one of the worst on the market, forget to issue people benefits on the regular basis in multiple geographies Compensation plans only issued in Q3 while people variables depend on their ability to make annual targets which means they should have a year to work toward the goals - all build to just not pay people
