Pros

*Company are full of extremely friendly employees, great relationships between HO and Retail channels *Uniform/Discounts/Bonus schemes are aligned for all and a great incentive. *Traditional working values, family friendly flex and customer focused. *Opportunities for progression are there if you’re interested in other retail pathways such as Merchandising or People Ops. *Retention within company is the best I’ve seen - most senior management have been in retail from the start as sales or management, so have a better understanding of your position. *In person meetings and socials. *Equal opportunities, DEI, LGBTQAI+ friendly.

Cons

*Needs to have updated softwares and payroll etc but that’s in the works! *London based - could branch out to other cities for meetings etc
