Pros

During my time at GIMO, I learned so much and significantly enhanced my skills, both professionally and personally. The company provides great opportunities for growth, encourages creativity, and values its employees. I’m grateful for the experience and proud to have been part of such a dynamic and positive workplace.

Cons

The pace can be fast at times, which means you’re always learning and adapting - great for growth, but it can be challenging if you’re not used to a dynamic environment.

Pros

I've been with the company for over three years, and it's been a great experience overall. The work is varied and engaging, offering plenty of opportunities to develop professionally. I also really appreciate the hybrid work policy, which provides a good balance of in-office and remote work. The benefits package is solid too – especially the healthcare and pension options.

Cons

The main downside for me is the holiday allowance. At 21 days, it feels a bit limited compared to industry standards. It would be great if there were an option to buy additional days to give employees a bit more flexibility.
