Pros
Some of the people working here are incredibly talented and genuinely lovely
Cons
Almost every technical team is understaffed as more people have left than have been hired. Nothing meaningful has been done to combat this so now for every one technical person you have about 5 non-technical people breathing down their neck. No opportunities for progression (management hire their friends instead of promoting people internally) Almost no actual coding (you spend all day fighting fires because the company is in "keep the lights on" mode) Concerning attitude and comments from senior management, such as "it’s fine that critical people are leaving because we can always bring in more contractors temporarily” Being expected to log every minute of your day (including logging the time spent logging your time)
