Pros
Harris just buys companies and then lets them carry on as they were, so Harris is kind of a misnomer. In this case it was i2 - a great little company before a layer of career managers got hired to erode the place away. Harris has "values" like respect that they are very passionate about when it suits them. They actually seem to believe them (until they want to get rid of you)
Cons
They only let you have 10 days off ill per year with pay At i2 the code as utterly absymal, causing them to make lots of redundancies in order to reduce costs. But this is just a sticking plaster... They harp on about the Harris values endlessley, then of course just ignore them when they want to can you
