The average tenure of the London sales team is around nine years, which really says a lot about the culture and stability of the company. There’s a strong focus on customer relationships, data quality, and continuous improvement.

Cons

It would be great to see a few more annual leave days. Occasionally, Haver is perceived as having a dated product, but that’s changing quickly thanks to significant recent updates and the release of new software that modernises the offering.
