Senior leadership is open to new ideas and encourages data-led decision-making, giving my team the space to test, learn and optimise. The marketing team is collaborative and knowledgeable, with a strong sense of shared ownership and mutual respect. There’s a clear commitment to investing in people, whether through training, career progression, or giving autonomy to lead meaningful initiatives. The scale of the business also means access to good tools, budgets, and cross-department collaboration.

      Cons

      As with any large, multi-site organisation, decision-making can sometimes take time and priorities can shift quickly. However, this is largely balanced by transparent communication and a willingness to listen to feedback.
