      A consultancy that makes a difference

      Pros

      Genuine drive to improve outcomes for people and the public sector. Specialist in delivery, rather than another 'strategic consultancy'. Strong focus on behaviour and culture change and not just process.

      Cons

      Like any business, opinions can differ on how best to deliver the vision. But overall there was a clear purpose we were trying to deliver and understanding of how to do this.

      - Supportive work environment - Supportive managers - Good L&D offer - Opportunities to work on large scale projects which focus on improving lives of people

      Cons

      - a lot of travelling can be required depending on what project you are working on, however there are lots of opportunities for home-working also
