      Supportive and caring culture, meaningful work, a relaxed environment that makes you want to work hard for the company, decent pension and benefits. A really fabulous discounted canteen.

      Cons

      Global IT policies are inflexible. Some modernisation of meeting formats are needed.

      Pros

      Strong employee focus and great initiatives on diversity and inclusion. Everyone is very committed to their work and success is acknowledged. There are some highly skilled staff and it can be very rewarding to work with such colleagues.

      Cons

      A high level of commitment is required. If you love your job, you will fit right in!

      Pros

      - Combines best bits of small and large pharma on the whole; agile working and constant communication between functions is really strong. - Leaders are all approachable and easy to work with all the way up to the GM. - Development discussions are constant which is good for those who want it too. - A lot of evidence to show willingness to improve through working groups and feedback etc.

      Cons

      - Pipeline isn't the strongest however is a big focus for improvement which is good.
