ITI Group has an excellent company culture, with lots of friendly people - it's a safe place to make mistakes and to grow. This year they've ploughed a lot of extra support into their Sales and Apprenticeship functions and these are really paying dividends. The 2025 refurbishment of the Eckington office has also brought new life to the historic core of the business.

I’ve recently joined ITI Group as a Junior Proposals Engineer, and my experience so far has been fantastic. From day one, the team has been incredibly welcoming and supportive, making the transition into my new role smooth and enjoyable. What I’ve enjoyed the most is the team culture — everyone is always happy to help, and my colleagues regularly check in to make sure I’m settling in well. It’s a genuinely collaborative environment where I feel comfortable asking questions and learning at my own pace. ITI also places a strong emphasis on mental health and work-life balance, which I truly appreciate. The hybrid working model and flexible hours have made it easier to maintain a healthy balance, and it’s clear that employee wellbeing is a priority.
