      Your mental health will suffer. Management driven by panic and inexperience.

      Working For Servelec Controls

      - Clear Vision for the future following a new change of direction for Servelec Controls. - Friendly staff. - Team works well together to achieve goals. - Servelec are willing to take on people with the right mindset and give them the training and experience needed to succeed at what we do.

      Cons

      Challenging Workloads - The management teams however are working hard to increase the staff count and reduce the workload on individuals as Servelec go through a new phase of rapid growth.
