Unfortunately, Upper Management are gullible and terrible judges of people. Those who lie and sing a comforting lie are recruited or promoted to middle or Senior Management. Those who speak the uncomfortable truth are belittled and bullied into submission. This has made a toxic and aggressive working environment which effects your personal life and Ultimatley, health.

Toxic culture Lack of leadership Outdated systems Lack of basic business functions Hidden issues at point of interview Everyone is treated like a factory robot You’re only entitled to 30mins break throughout entire day. A culture of blame and internalisation of issues. Interference from HR departmental managers who believe they know better, despite staff, clients and customer stating they’d previously damaged relationships and lost business. Too much focus on performance data creation… leaving real issues unresolved. Damaged brand Poor build quality issues Still use carbon paper forms… it’s the 2020’s!!
