      My team and the wider teams I work with are all very supportive No two days are the same The Group have vastly improved the benefits recently

      Cons

      Being a part of a wider Group can sometimes be limiting but there are also positives to this.

      Pros

      The people at Innovate awarding are amazing and there is real work-life balance with this employer. The overall culture is superb and the organisation is a real pleasure to be working for.

      Pros

      - The support you receive from everyone across all teams, no matter how long you have been there. - You never feel alone, even working remotely. - Everyone is friendly and approachable. - You are able to manage your own diary and workload. - Opportunities to develop and progress if you want them.

      Cons

      - Would be lovely to see each other a little more often face to face, but appreciate it is difficult when we're so widespread. It's always great when we do get together.
