      Pros

      What a great place to work. Despite it being quite a large company, it feels like a tight knit family. Everybody is so friendly and welcoming and really help each other out. Senior management really listen and this is something I've never experienced in previous companies. I would recommend working for Innovate to anybody as I really feel that you are valued. I started in another role and within a year, had opportunities to progress in another team. Thanks Innovate - it really means the world to work for a company I trust.

      Cons

      The only con personally is not having enough parking spaces on-site for all staff. There are parking spaces at a nearby hotel to use however it's no fun when walking to the office from here in the rain or blazing heat with all of your IT equipment!

      Pros

      All the team are friendly and committed to giving quality customer support. I feel supported in my role and really enjoy the work I do. It is a great team to be part of.

      Cons

      I know this sounds cheesy but I really can't think of any bad things about working here.
