▪︎the brand ▪︎work colleagues (not many left)

▪︎Long hours ▪︎Faults promises ▪︎No perks all been taken away due to company greed. ▪︎below average wages ▪︎poor bonus structure ( can be manipulated by management by efficiency targets) ▪︎workshop equipment outdated or faulty ▪︎high targets no rewards or thanks ▪︎expected to stay after hours ▪︎managers are just jct600 yes men ▪︎No staff parking left on side of the road ▪︎spoken down to ▪︎Not had a full team in the workshop in years ▪︎employed temp tech don't come back after 2 weeks. Just shows what a great place it is . Ha

very cut throat. if your face doesn't fit or if they need to cut a budget they will get rid of you either by dropping hints for you to go or staging you for something so you have to go. too high staff turnover. wages are not the best.
