Pros
Important company and good experience for a short period (max 2 years). Well known in the industry and very good to have in the cv. Interesting work and a lot of opportunities to learn.
Cons
You can’t stay for longer term. Internal politics is extremely high. There is conflictual environment across teams (e.g. 1st line vs 2n line, business vs IT, developers vs QA etc). Overall compensation package is not as evolved as industry
