Pros

I’ve had the privilege of experiencing significant growth during my time at Lantum. Lantum is a workplace where you’ll be challenged to step outside your comfort zone, work across multiple teams, and truly make an impact on the business, and the NHS. The work is demanding, but rewarding, and you will be given the opportunity to contribute to areas that don't just sit within your job description. We have an inspiring, mission-driven, CEO who sets the tone for an open, customer-centric culture. The team is incredibly collaborative, and the values here aren’t just words on a wall—they shape the way we work and serve our customers every day. I am glad to see Lantum hit milestone of reaching profitability, and the expansion into the Secondary Market is an extremely exciting opportunity. If you thrive in a supportive yet challenging environment, Lantum is a brilliant place to grow your career.

Cons

As a start-up, things do change quickly, and this can be hard to keep up with!

Pros

I’ve worked at Lantum for several years and really enjoy the quality of the work. I am surrounded by colleagues that inspire me and have helped improve my skills. The work atmosphere is collegiate and supportive - something I felt particularly when I was going through a hard time personally.

Cons

Like most start ups, the company is focused on pushing itself to meet ambitious growth targets. This might not be for everyone.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback, this is incredibly valuable to us. Lantum’s mission is incredibly important and as you mentioned we are on a very ambitious journey, which at times means there is a lot to do. If at any point this is overwhelming, please don’t hesitate to speak with your manager or the People team. It is great to hear you’re enjoying the benefits, as we want to ensure we are providing the right ones.
