Lack of age diversity in workforce

Staff are really ignorant and behind the times. Some of the management were 4th choice candidates at interview. That means 3 other people did not take the role following interview. You can work until 8pm one day but if you go home a min earlier than 5pm the next day you will be in trouble. Older workers clock in at 8am then go to canteen to read a paper. So you have to really know the old system of working to work here rather than any flexible or modern ethos like outcomes and efficiencies. Sometimes protestors due to the defence nature of the organisation.
