Pros

21st century company (unlike others that are still stuck in the 80s). Lots of support internally - people are friendly and help each other. Flexible working - but obv get the job done. Great managers - open door policy.

Cons

Not easy to be promoted internally; easier to jump ship to get a promotion. Agressive targets. Not many benefits (ie no “pay for electric car from your gross salary” scheme which is quite standard across the industry)
