Pros

I joined Opus in June 2024 and have found everyone here really welcoming and helpful. The culture is very inclusive and collaborative and provides lots of flexibility with remote working. There is a clear focus on continual transformation and improvement and the leadership team are approachable, supportive and very transparent, with regular communication on company performance, vision and goals etc. After a decade working in the recruitment industry, I’ve found it really refreshing.

Cons

It’s been through a period of change which left some operational gaps. Lots of investment now in new systems and processes since being acquired by a PE firm but still a few operational kinks being ironed out that just require some patience.

Recently joined the marketing team and have had an extremely positive experience so far. There is a really supportive culture and everyone has been so friendly. It is really great to work for a company with a team who are all so motivated to work hard and achieve great things.
