A Ruined Experience

Cons

The worst line manager I've ever had the displeasure of working with in my life. Narcissistic, toxic and bullying behaviour that is left unchecked by senior management. Started out with 7 people in his team, now left with 2 as they've either left the company or changed roles. My high standard of performance was ignored or suppressed. Continually received mixed messages on what I should be doing and the internal politics at higher levels is astounding and childish. I have never been treated so badly in my life. Amazing how one person can ruin an entire experience.

Sales culture dying

Pros

Used to be a great place to work where people were appreciated and knew what they had to do to be successful. Nice office environments and there are some excellent members of the team.

Cons

Completely unrealistic targets, toxic and out of touch senior leadership, expectations that are unfair, awful communication. No honest feedback wanted, no retainment strategy for partners or employees. False promises made all the time. HR provides employees with no support. Big losses from the sales team likely this year.
