Pros

Haha, there are no pros.

Cons

A company that cares about employer branding, not about employees. A company where a CEO swears during large meetings. Putting unrealistic pressure on engineering teams to justify investments on mergers. People are toxic, company is constantly looking for ways to legally cut 10-20% workforce without being in the PR headline

Pros

International environment, lots of travel and events

Cons

The leadership team feels very inexperienced, with many leaders lacking the knowledge and direction expected for their roles. There is also a noticeable lack of diversity at leadership level, with only one woman in a senior leadership position and a heavily male-dominated environment overall. Additionally, the Berlin office offered minimal perks compared to other company locations, which created a sense of inequality across offices. The company was also extremely strict regarding office attendance and in-office policies, with very little flexibility provided to employees.

Pros

Great work-life balance clear path for promo and multiple career path options really good people Fun events always happening, the company cares about it's employees and wants everyone to collab and work as a team

Cons

with many tech companies there are constant changes and needing to adapt to those changes. The company is relatively young so there are growing pains that come with that
