      Just a stop gap not a career

      A stop gap if one wants to change career; mostly remote work good for people with family.

      Cons

      No real career development; no proper HR presence and mostly led by eccentric senior management, neither competent nor interested in doing any good for the company or people. Only interested in their bonus. Promotion is based on personal likes and dislikes.
