Pros

I moved to this company to get a better work life balance from my previous employment and I can say its not disappointed. The Monday to Friday is great but the company is also very understanding of child care issues. If you work hard and get results here you will be rewarded. Not just financially but also with career progressions, its a good company to progress from within if your willing to deliver the results! The company is very much evolving and is a different company to the one I joined with a lot more positive changes being implemented which are very much in mind of the customer and the employee. Ive recommended quite a few people to come work for the company and they have now been here for sometime and progressed from within.

Cons

Communication could be better but this is something that is definitely improving.

Safety-Kleen provides a stable and well-structured office environment with clear processes and expectations. The team culture is very positive, with colleagues and managers willing to help when needed. There are good opportunities to learn about the environmental services industry. Work is typically steady, which makes it easier to plan your day and maintain a routine. Benefits are solid, and there’s a sense of being part of a larger, established organization with a meaningful purpose and is a company that cares about its employees.

Cons

Like many larger companies, some internal processes can feel a bit disjointed but nothing drastic at all.

Pros

Really supportive team and management who are always willing to help. Positive atmosphere in the office makes it an enjoyable place to work day to day. Good training and guidance, especially when starting out. You never feel stuck or on your own, there’s always someone around to support you.

Cons

There is nothing bad i can say about this place
