      Pros

      I was given a clear mandate, and trusted and supported to deliver on it. Despite working remotely I was made to feel a key part of the team, and was allowed to take on additional responsibility outside my domain without anyone complaining I was treading on their toes.

      Cons

      The overall strategy wasn’t always clear early enough to guide my own planning.
