Pros

Nice bunch of people to work with, good training and help when needed.

Cons

Wages low for what we do, No proper sick pay, No working from home policy unless it suits management, Office attire although we are not customer facing, parking a problem with an ever growing office, No additional benefits offered, no progression within this role.

Pros

Sandown looks after their staff like family. There is always someone you can go to if you have any concerns or issues going on. I've been here nearly 8 years and have thoroughly enjoyed my time here.

Cons

Last minutes changes. I understand we are always adaptable but sometimes changes happen with very little notice.
