      Pros

      Great place to work. Ownership/management seem to really care about the employees and customers. Great environment, competitive benefits and salaries. One of the better employers I've had in my work career.

      Don't really have anything negative to say about Southern Green. Like I said in Pros, ownership/management seem to really care about the employees and customers.

      Company has a large footprint and ample resources, while still being privately owned and run with genuine care for the well being of associates and customers.

      Cons

      Having worked in both corporate and private companies, I can say that the cons in working for Southern Green are minimal, if any, when compared to other companies I have been a part of.

      The sales environment is friendly and I enjoy working with the other members of the sales team. There are daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals, and if you hit the numbers, you can make great money here!
