      Pros

      Great place to work - yes it does get busy but I work with a great bunch of people which makes it fun. The company offer all sorts of long service awards and company discounts and we get a free meal on shift.

      Cons

      Other than working weekends - which is part of hospitality, I really can't think of anything bad.

      Pros

      Honest and genuine company who puts the employees first. A friendly team throughout who will do anything for each other to help. Great company discounts across the group on food and accommodation. We enjoy company perks and length of service recognition rewards.

      Being surrounded by such amazing food all the time is not good for my diet!

      The pubs are really busy so sometimes hours may be long but everyone works together as a team and the tips are great!
