None - not anymore. Company actively sacking half of the workforce under cover of so called consultation.

Cons

Employees disposed of like trash basically. Had to use consultation rules to do this legally but it doesn’t mean it’s morally right. Imagine if it was bad already how bad it will be now for our poor customers!
