      Very accommodating and easy to raise any concerns with. Listens to staff well and tries to find best option for all.

      Cons

      School placements can vary tremendously. Some schools are fantastic at working with Teach First to help you have a brilliant experience whereas other schools are not good. Teach First will expect you to relocate if you don't have children, a mortgage or are not married.
