Pros

It was always going to take a big thing for me to leave my current company to join Tiro but having known both Will and Paul for a while and the opportunity placed in front of me it was too good a chance to pass up. From arriving on the first day they both showed real passion towards the business and most importantly the client base. Both have great strengths that they bring to the table, while Paul is an amazing recruiter clearly still at the top of his game, Will was excellent technically enabling him to understand the job specs and relay the information to the team in simpler terms. The only reason I moved on was I was given a once in a lifetime opportunity to work in Asia but should I ever return to the UK Tiro would certainly be my first point of call. Whether you are starting off in recruitment or have been in the industry for years this company can truly help grow your career.

Cons

No Major Cons except they don't have an Asian office. However i believe they want to expand in to new territories so that might change.

Pros

The people, the environment, the location, the training and development by our in house trainer as well as competitive commission! What makes Tiro stand out is the mature and flexible environment.

Cons

None so far, keep up the good work!
