Pros

Opportunities to work on a wide variety of titles Everyone in the office is rather lovely, you're likely to find your flavour of nerdy in someone Generous with breaks and freedom to book days off The least stressful work environment I've been in Office location is very central and easy to get to Once ingratiated in the office, you will likely have constant work

Cons

Minimum wage when working as a standard QA tester Some protocol can be frustrating to work around When first starting, it's more difficult to be chosen for projects, but this eases considerably once you've proven your skills Trust is low with minimum wage contracts, understandable considering the secrecy with which you work, but a bit disheartening nonetheless
