Very slow, large company. If you're wanting fast-pace, then you're going to need to find it somewhere else.

- The people & culture - ambitious with high standards but not formal and can have fun/laugh every day - Good work/life balance - able to manage own time/diary/priorities, empowered to push back and challenge, log on where and where you want - Lots of opportunities to progress across and up - The company's purpose is ingrained into everything - The total employee value proposition - benefits, policy, etc. - Feels inclusive and I can be myself
