      Whatnot is a great place for those looking for a fast-paced role in a dynamic startup that is revolutionising e-commerce. The culture is extremely collaborative and one of the best elements of the company is that it caters to do-ers who are not afraid to 'roll up their sleeves', given that the company provides an immense amount of autonomy and independence to its employees.

      Cons

      Being a fast-paced startup, working at Whatnot is very demanding with long hours. Especially if taking on a role in launch or operations, there may be occassions where you work on weekends and late nights. However, the company is also very flexible with holiday and providing you the flexibility to take control of your schedule

      Pros

      Fantastic product which the people at the company care about and users love. Inspirational C-suite who care about employees and users. Extremely strong culture. Amazingly smart and lovely colleagues. A lot of fun. Fantastic benefits.

      Cons

      No cons which are unique to Whatnot. You'll work very hard and it is a fast moving environment. The bar is very high but those are also the things that make it special.
